At Lucero Masonry, we maintain a high standard of safe operations to protect our customers, our company, and our best asset, our people.

Our safety culture strives to embrace safety as means to remain 100% free of injuries. We offer extensive in-house and outsourced training to help reduce exposure to risks so that we can send our employees home safely every single day. We offer professional OSHA-certified training by qualified and experienced instructors. Our safety inspectors regularly conduct Jobsite inspections and work side-by-side with our employees to teach them how to inspect their own work areas and equipment. We have a teamwork attitude towards safety and a strong culture of working together to maintain our high safety standards. We train in first-aid, scaffold erecting and dismantling, equipment-specific training such as forklifts and scissor lifts, and housekeeping.
